Bò lá lốt (Grilled beef in piper lolot leaves)

♥ Ingredients:
(Makes 22 rolls)

12 oz rib eye steak
5 garlic cloves
1 bulk green onion
1 3-inch stalk fresh lemongrass
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Fresh piper lolot leaves
sesame oil
2 tbsp crushed roasted peanut
1 tbsp green onion sauce (optional)

1 tbsp muỗng canh mỡ hành (nếu thích)
